Oat Bowl with Marmalade, Fruits, Chia Seeds, Peanut Butter, and Almond Flakes

Ingredients (1 serving):
• ½ cup rolled oats
• 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 tbsp marmalade (orange or your choice)
• ½ cup mixed fruits (e.g., berries, banana slices, or apple chunks)
• 1 tbsp almond flakes
• Optional: pinch of cinnamon or honey for extra flavor
Instructions:
1. Cook Oats: In a small pot, combine oats and milk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes until creamy. Alternatively, microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway.
2. Add Chia Seeds: Stir chia seeds into the cooked oats and let sit for 1-2 minutes to thicken.
3. Assemble Bowl: Pour oats into a bowl. Swirl in peanut butter and marmalade.
4. Top It: Add mixed fruits and sprinkle almond flakes on top.
5. Optional: Dust with cinnamon or drizzle with honey for extra flavor.
6. Serve: Enjoy warm or cold!
